Four stages. One partner.

Every humanoids.llc engagement moves through the same four stages, configured to the client's specific programme. The stage architecture is what allows us to be accountable through go-live and beyond, and it is what allows our clients to know exactly what they are buying at each point in the engagement.

Stage 01

Assess.

A fixed-fee assessment of whether humanoid deployment is the right operational move for the client, at what stations or roles, and with which platform shortlist. Delivered over six to ten weeks depending on the scope. Assessment is the entry point for most engagements and, for some clients, the entirety of the initial commitment.

Week 01-02

On-property audit

Senior director on property for the operational calendar cycle. Direct observation of the operations, not manager interviews.

Week 03-05

Analysis

Role suitability matrix, platform shortlist against the operational profile, atelier or dressing partner identification.

Week 06-07

TCO ledger

First-year total cost of ownership modelling for the shortlisted platforms, all line items itemised.

Week 08-10

Recommendation

Board-ready recommendation memo, on-site presentation to the client's executive team, two follow-up calls.

Stage 02

Deploy.

End-to-end deployment coordination of the recommended platform at the recommended role. Twelve weeks on property through go-live, with ninety days of post-launch presence. Deploy is where our on-property presence matters most; every deployment is led by a senior director and supported by a dedicated engagement director.

Week 01-04

Procurement

Manufacturer contract negotiation, atelier commissioning, insurance rider placement, connectivity architecture.

Week 05-08

Preparation

Staff onboarding curriculum delivery, guest-communication documentation, on-property calibration space setup.

Week 09-12

Go-live

Platform arrival, on-property calibration, first-shift shadowing, live-fire operations across the first ten days.

Post-launch 1-90

Support

Weekly on-property presence for the first thirty days, biweekly for days 31-90, remote support throughout.

Stage 03

Operate.

An ongoing retainer that maintains the deployment across the client's operational calendar. Vendor management, HRI programme review, atelier refresh coordination, and the operational hygiene that keeps a first deployment successful into its second and third years. Priced from USD 68,000 per quarter, retainer structure configured to the deployment's operational rhythm.

Stage 04

Scale.

Portfolio-wide deployment programmes for the clients rolling humanoid platforms across multiple properties, plants, sites, or venues. Standards development, playbook creation, and the multi-property coordination that makes the tenth deployment easier than the first. Scale is the retainer structure most commonly used by international portfolios and multi-brand groups.
