humanoids.llc was established to serve the enterprises deploying humanoid platforms into their production operations, at a scale of engagement that the client's internal team can defend to the board and the operational team can absorb through go-live.

Every enterprise humanoid deployment is a specialist decision. The technology is new. The operational vocabulary is unstable. The vendor ecosystem is fragmented across manufacturers, ateliers, integrators, and service providers whose commercial incentives do not align with the operator's operational outcome. And the executive sponsor commissioning the deployment is almost always doing so for the first time, without an established playbook, and without a peer set at other operators to compare notes with.

humanoids.llc exists to serve this decision. We are senior-led throughout, independent of any platform manufacturer or atelier, retainer or fixed-fee, and we operate globally. We are the firm that a chief operating officer, a director of guest experience, or a vice president of fulfillment calls when they need someone accountable through the full deployment cycle and not just the assessment phase.

What we are not

We are not a platform reseller. We do not accept placement fees, commissions, or affiliate arrangements from any humanoid platform manufacturer, atelier, or integrator. Our fees are paid by the client we advise, and our recommendations reflect that alignment.

We are not a staffing firm. We do not place engineers or operators at client sites. Every engagement is delivered by our own directors and engagement teams, working directly with the client's leadership.

We are not a research firm. We do not sell reports, subscriptions, or advisory retainers detached from a specific engagement. Our insights are published as a by-product of the engagements, not as the primary product.

How we work

Every engagement is led by a senior director with operating history in the relevant practice. Directors are supported by engagement directors who manage the day-to-day and by specialists (HRI, procurement, atelier coordination, insurance) drawn from the firm's specialist bench. The client interacts primarily with the senior director throughout the engagement.

Fixed-fee for Assess. Fixed-fee or milestone-based for Deploy. Retainer for Operate and Scale. We do not accept success-based fees; they distort the alignment between our advice and the operator's outcome.

Where we work

Our current engagements are concentrated in North America, Western Europe, the Gulf, and East Asia. We work through regional partners in South Asia, Latin America, and other markets where local operational presence is required. Every engagement is scoped to the client's operating geography; if we cannot serve a specific market to the standard our clients expect, we will decline the engagement rather than compromise on delivery.
